Lake Mission Viejo

A couple of weekends ago we spent the day with our friends Jason and Tracy. It's been really nice spending time with them. Jason is Justin's best friend from high school and it seems that with jobs, family and us living in Corona and them in Mission Viejo, that we don't get to see each other that often. Anyway, on this particular day we went down to their place and they took us fishing at Lake Mission Viejo. It was this pretty little lake that you can fish on, or take a sail boat or pontoon boat out on. The weather was absolutely perfect and we had so much fun on the lake. This was Laney's first time fishing and only my and Justin's second time. Jason was a pro at catching the fish. We caught our first one within maybe 10 minutes of being out on the lake and a second one shortly after. Laney had fun with it all until the fish kept flopping around and she felt how slimmy they were. Here are some pictures of our afternoon.
